Arrive with clean, deodorant-free underarms. Hair should be about 1/4 inch (5–7 mm) for the wax to grip. Avoid heavy moisturizers, retinoids or sun exposure 24–48 hours before. Your technician will confirm and make you comfortable.

Temporary redness or mild irritation can occur immediately after waxing, but proper aftercare prevents lasting darkening. Avoid deodorant, sun exposure and harsh products for 24–48 hours and use soothing, fragrance-free moisturizers as recommended.

Results generally last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth. With regular waxing, regrowth becomes finer and sparser, often extending the time between appointments for smoother underarms.

Sensitivity varies but waxing is quick and discomfort is brief. We offer breathing tips, experienced technicians, and can recommend topical numbing creams if needed. Regular waxing often reduces pain over time as follicles weaken.

Waxing is generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, though sensitivity and hormone-related hair growth can increase. Inform your technician about your pregnancy or medications; if you have complications, check with your healthcare provider first.

Prevent ingrown hairs by gently exfoliating after 48 hours, using non-comedogenic moisturizer, avoiding tight clothing immediately after waxing, and incorporating occasional chemical exfoliants like BHA to keep follicles clear.
